- All items have specific shipping policies based upon the supplier and are
displayed below each product description.
Shipping Methods
All domestically shipped items are delivered by either USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
When possible smaller items are shipped via USPS 1st Class but most often items are shipped via standard ground methods.
Usually items shipped include a tracking number but not this is not always the case. When tracking numbers are available
they will be forwarded onto you in the shipping confirmation notification.
International shipping when available is done via USPS First Class Mail International or Global Priority. Only in house items are available for international delivery.
Shipping Options
In house items can be shipped per the buyer's request but will typically result in increased shipping rates and requires emailing support.
Out Of Stock and Back Orders
We try not to list items that are out of stock or discontinued however this is not always possible to avoid.
In either case the original payment will be promptly refunded. We do not hold funds or wait for new inventory to arrive in these situations
unless specifically requested to do so.
Steps to take for Specified Shipping Methods
Verify that the item is an in house item. Most in house items are recognized by the hand written descriptions and photos which usually show a blue tapestry background. If you are uncertain you
can feel free to email us but we are unable to change the shipping methods of any new item coming from an outside supplier. If the shipping method is extremely
important to you then make sure to verify your requested method is available before purchasing any item.

1) A detailed description of the item including a UPC, SKU, and url/link to the product in question.
2) A detailed description of the preferred shipping method.
