- All items have additional specific return policies based upon the supplier as well as product types and are
displayed below each product description. PLEASE READ this page closely and the return policies associated with
any specific item you are interested in purchasing before making a purchase. There is always a cost associated with
any return that is not a damaged item or mis shipment so make sure the item is the right item for you before making
a purchase. Use the UPC or SKU numbers to check alternate sources for products that are not described in detail. Purchasing
an item with a less than detailed description does not release you from the return policies and associated shipping or
restocking fees. Be an informed buyer and ask questions if necessary before any purchase so we can maximize the odds
that we both will have positive experiences.
- All returns require contacting customer service to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization request.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging, documentation, and any accessories or refunds may be refused.
If you have received an order that is not accurate, damaged or you wish to return, do not destroy, alter or discard anyting in the package including any packaging material like the packing peanuts and the packaging itself.
You should promptly photograph the contents of the packaging as received revealing as much detail as possible. If there is any dispute with an innaccurate invoice or damage in transit this will be the only way to
provide some measure of proof for a supplier. Please be aware in the event of any problem it can take as long as 2 weeks to receive a response from a supplier so your patience may be required.
Restocking and Return Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Buyer will also be responsible for return shipping fees as well as any stated restocking fees. All returns must be shipped using
a service that includes a tracking number for all parties protection.
Time Limits
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.
Exceptions
In a few situations returns will be handled case specific (ie wrong item shipped).
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before an item ships and requires contacting customer
service promptly. It may not always be possible to cancel an order even if you
attempt to do so in a prompt manner so please make sure you are completely certain you
are purchasing the right item for you.
Steps to take for Returns and Cancellations
Send us an email with the following.
1) A detailed description of the item including a UPC, SKU, order # and url/link to the product in question.
2) A detailed explanation of the problem including as much information as possible which helps to secure a RMA from a supplier. Photos of the original unaltered packaging and contents are required for any invoice dispute and can help in other circumstances as well.
