How do I place an order? To place an order you must first be a member of PayPal
or Google Checkout. We do not accept any other form of payment.
Both of these payment platforms provide a level of protection for buyers
and sellers. In addition they provide a singular source to manage your
online payments from and keep you from exposing you're Credit Card Information
to multiple online sellers. Both are good products and we recommend
choosing one if you plan to shop or sell online.
You're browser must also allow cookies or the shopping cart will fail. In addition our site uses javascript for some functionality
and therefore your browser should be javascript enabled.
From the details page of the item you wish to purchase you can click the
Add To Cart button in the upper right corner under the price. There will
be a small message under the shipping information which should read
"1 Item added to cart".
Now you can view your cart by clicking the view cart link in the upper
left under the home link. Within the cart you can update quantities and
verify prices before clicking you're preferred payment method. PayPal
users will be transferred to PayPal to initiate the payment and finalize
the payment on storeoborealis.com. Google Checkout buyers finish the
payment within Google Checkout. Shortly after you're payment you will
receive an email letting you know that that order has been processed.
Another email will follow as soon as the tracking information is made
availabe by the supplier so you will know who is delivering you're
product and when you can expect it to arrive.
Can I get this delivered overnight or by a certain date?
Unfortunately the shipping options are chosen by the suppliers and are not alterable.
Most items will take 7 to 10 business days however some items ship faster and will
explicitly state this in their description.
Do you deliver internationally?
Only in-house items are available for international delivery. You will be able to calculate the shipping cost for
any product that is eligible for international delivery by using the Calculate Shipping button. If you do not
see the Calculate Shipping button and do not see a reference to international shipping on the product's detail page then
the product is ony available for delivery in the US.
What are your return policies?
The store return policies are accessible from a link on the bottom of every item details page.
